The Fit Process
The Fit Process
Step one:
Communication
The first step of our fit process is communication. We take time to talk to our customers about their exercise history, past injuries, and previous shoes. Communication is the most important step in fitting footwear. The more knowledge we can gain about our customers, the more likely we are to recommend the correct shoe.
After hearing your history, we will analysis how you move. Depending on your specific needs we can use our 3D foot scanner and/or video gait analysis on a treadmill for insight into how you move. The information we receive from these tests help us determine which shoes to bring out. Most customers end up with at least three different options that will work for them.

Step three:
Final Test
Once you find a shoe that works, we allow you to run outside on the sidewalk, and get a real world feel for the shoe. We make sure you have proper room in the shoe and that the fit is perfect. At this point, if the you are a candidate for orthotics we will recommend several options.
Fitting tips
If you can, bring in your old shoes for us to look at wear patterns.
If needed, video gait analysis only takes about 15 seconds of light jogging, but if possible wear comfortable exercise clothes.
Remember, the fit process is completely free!
The entire process normally takes around 15 minutes.
